Hi, I’m Hila
It all started about 15 years ago when I decided to quit my day job when I realized it wasn’t my passion. While I was still figuring out exactly what my true calling was (not an easy task for a Gemini) my friend asked me if I could bake some cupcakes for a new pastry shop that her friend had just opened. Having only home baking skills and zero confidence, the only logical thing to do was say yes, right? The cupcakes were a huge hit. Surprisingly, a few days later, I got another order. And then another. Fast forward to a few months later, I took the leap and started my own cake business. My cake shop was running strong abroad for 12 years when COVID hit hard and it made me rethink everything.
After 2 very tough and crazy years, I landed in NYC to see if it’s the place where dreams are made of. Now I'm ready and excited to bring my Israeli flavors, vibe and love to big apple residents.
