The minimum lead time for a cake order is currently 3 days.

All cake and pastry orders are currently only available for purchase in NYC, with either local pickup in Brooklyn or delivery via Uber Connect for an additional fee to anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens.

Since I use my signature cream cheese frosting, it has to be refrigerated. If you plan to eat the cake after you pick it up , there's no need to put it in the fridge. Otherwise, place it in the fridge and take it out at least 30 minutes before you plan to eat it.
